General Manager
Nick Liu is responsible for day-to-day operational leadership across the business. With a strong background in construction management, operational systems, and team development, Nick ensures all projects run safely, efficiently, and with a customer-focused approach.
Nick plays a key role in project planning, risk management, workflow optimisation, and ensuring all teams remain aligned with company goals and industry standards.

With backgrounds in vertical construction, structural works, and commercial fit-outs, they excel in managing daily operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme timelines, and upholding strict quality and safety requirements. Their proactive approach and clear communication ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish, supporting consistent, high-performing outcomes across all developments.
